When you enable FBR (or your provincial authority — PRA, SRB, KPRA, BRA) in Settings and add your POS registration number and access code, every sale is pushed to the tax authority in real time and the receipt prints an invoice number plus a verification QR. It's per-tenant and off by default, so you only turn it on if you're required to. No creds yet? You can start selling immediately and enable it later.
The POS keeps working with no internet — cart, checkout, and receipts all queue on the device. The moment the connection returns, queued sales upload automatically in the background; you don't press anything. So load-shedding or a dead connection never stops a sale or loses one.
The order count resets on the 1st of every month, so a normal shop starts fresh each month. If you regularly cross it, just upgrade a tier and the higher cap applies instantly. Your data is never touched and nothing is charged automatically — you're always in control.
Every shop's data is fully isolated — one shop can never see another's products, orders, or customers. Connections are 256-bit SSL encrypted, PINs are hashed with bcrypt (never stored as plain text), and a nightly off-site backup keeps a copy safe even if something happens to the server.
Each shop gets its own web address (e.g. yourshop.opspos.pk). Staff open it and sign in with their name and a 4-digit PIN. You control exactly what each staff member can see with per-section permissions — POS only, or inventory, reports, and more.
